Summary
I have been talking to the technician at MaxxSonics, which is the United States distributor and single supplier of MB Quart. After speaking to him, I found out that onlinecarstereo.com is the only online dealer of MB Quart and that it is the only online site that MaxxSonics and MB Quart will recommend. I have talked to the customer service at least 6 times in the past 3 weeks (my order is not filled as I am waiting for the MB Quart 5400 5 channel amp to get back in stockbut we decided to send the rest of the order MB Quart PVI 216 Component Speakers 299.00 And my SoundStorm DVD Receiver). So, If MB Quart (quite possibly the best car audio speaker manufactuer on the planet) refers them by name, they have to be reputable. As for the customer servcie: they have always answered the phone  within 5 minutes of me calling. They have always been courteous and have helped me with all my needs. Is there any chance you called after 6:00pm Pacific. I actually called and talked to my sales rep today at 2:45pm Hawaii time (5:45 Pacific) and he helped my until after they were closed. I will call tomorrow and talk to him again.
