AVOID HOMECLICK. I AM OUT $760 AND NOW HAVE A BATHTUB WITH PUNCTURES IN THE BOTTOM. Homeclick should not be allowed to get away with this. I filed claims with Homeclick and with the freight company. My credit card company placed the transaction on a 30-Day Dispute and temporarily credited my account. They also said that they would investigate Homeclick for fraud. It is illegal to sell damaged goods. My next steps are filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Middlesex County, NJ and with the Better Business Bureau in the same county. My complaints are that their negligent packaging failed to protect my tub, they sold me a damaged tub, and their 2-3 day return policy is unfair and unreasonable. Homeclick hides behind their policies and their zombee-like Customer Service Staff. How do they live with themselves? Well my policy is not to pay for damaged merchandise. Avoid Homeclick. It's not worth the paltry $100 that I would have saved even if my tub had arrived in useable condition.
