| Rating | 1 / 5 | | Comment | STAY AWAY FROM XPCGEAR! They shipped me product that was very different from what they advertised. Then they made ME pay to ship it back to them... even though it was their fault. We'll see how long it takes them to refund my money... if they ever do.
Here are the details. I ordered 4 cooling fans, which were advertised as being "red". The photo showed a nice dark-red item and it clearly stated "red" in the item listing. XPCGear shipped me 4 purple fans. Now just to be clear... these fans aren't even close to being the red. They are lilac purple, like something that you would see in a pre-teen girl's bedroom decorated with flowery stuff. (I have a nicely modded PC, so I do care about the color.) The customer service reps admitted that they were really not the right color, but they claimed that "Enermax tells us they're red", so we put them on our site and say they're red. They told me that they were going to "waive the 15% restocking fee". (Gee, thanks!) |

I have ordered MG-350 mediagate, it came for 5 days, it worked for 10 days and died. I'dd requested RMA# to exchange, I get it and packed & shipped back with tracking number. I had to talk with them 5 or 6 times just to see whats going on.
They need 2 weeks only to find out that the package arived back to them even they had it with tracking number, one more week they need for inspection of item,total disorganization in RMA department, I am still waiting for it, today is 5th week and they promised to ship today which I don't belive it would happen.
DON'T TRUST WHAT THEY SAY, THEY BREAK THEIR PROMISES TO MANY TIMES,
SAVE YOURSELF DON'T BUY EXTREME PC GEAR.

Everyone who took my calls were professional and courteous ( Perfect service on all platforms ) They answered all of myquestions they didn't try to pacify us and rush us off the phone.The ram arrived in perfect condition ( UPS didn't play football with it ) Xpcgear packaging is perfect to ship anywhere. Overall xpcgear is one of the good guys left on the online computer resellers. A+ from me |
