I began shopping at Newegg in 2001 on the recomendation of a friend. I was hesitant at first because when I want something I want it now, and the thought of waiting three days for UPS to bring my goodies wasn't appealing. After checking the website and realizing how great the prices were I suddenly found patience. In the eight years that have followed newegg has been my preferred electonics outlet, one which I enthusiasticly recommend to others. Never have I received a defective product and should you need to contact customer service with any questions you are greeted by someone who speaks english as a first language; something that is truly rare this day and age. Great prices, huge inventory, prompt delivery, and outstanding customer service. Newegg is it as far as I'm concerned.
I could not be happier with my experiences with Newegg. They almost always have the cheapest prices on the internet and have consistently shipped the fastest. This was the first time (out of ~10 purchases) that I needed to contact customer services (an error on my part). I used the web chat support, which was amazingly fast and the agent was very helpful. My problem was fixed in less than 5 minutes after I first noticed it!
Too many orders over the years to count! Always a First Class Company. The very few issues with equipment were resolved quickly and fairly (usually at their loss). Can't say enough good about them, as they do do it right!! Eggsellent!
I got a 16 GB flash drive from this seller. Altough the item takes a little longer to arrive, it is understandable for the holiday season. Besides that, the item has good appearence, fast file transferring speed. it is just as described as on the webiste. I ever called the customer service to show my worry about shipping time. However, the customer service told me to take it easy as they will refund me or replace another one if it was really lost. I am really happy about this as I had an experience before that the seller said it was not their responsibility when the shippment went out.

I have been dealing with NewEgg for many years and all is usually OK in ordering and receiving merchandise. However, be prepared to fork over a 15% restocking charge on returns along with shipping charges both ways even if Newegg is at fault. Newegg has an extensive product feedback system, whereby they let the customers provide information on purchased products. The significant portion of these reviews also include glowing statements about what a wonderful vendor Newegg is with absolutely no complaints at all. There is a reason for this lopsided pro-Newegg feedback: Newegg rejects all product feedback which offers any criticism of Newegg or its shippers (Big Brown comes to mind), no matter how minor. In my case I was trying to alert buyers to an important but unstated limitation on a particular computer product so they didn't buy it like I did and then further enrich Newegg by having to send it back and pay the 15%. I made the mistake of mentioning my disappointment in paying the 15% since the omission of facts was Newegg's. Newegg does not come back and say, sorry we won't list your feedback, they just don't list it. So, that's why I'm here. Newegg is not as perfect as they would like you to believe and it is good they are not controlling this forum.
I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service from Newegg, but then that should not come as a surprise. They are top notch in every way. Fast shipping, courteous and helpful employees, personable resolution of any product issues--an ideal company to work with.
Super fast delivery for no extra charge. Ordered on the 29th and got it on the 30th!

I 've been uving NewEgg.com for years and must tell it's #1 choice for computer parts. Excellent web site with real-time status about stock and user-generated reviews, extremely fast processing and shipping times due to a clever business design. All needed tools and ways to make customer support and RMA fast, easy and clear. Last time I bought a non-refundable item, but figured out it was incompatible for my system, so I submitted a replacement RMA, but wrote them an email asking to help. They promptly made an exception and changed it to refund. Very nice of them. Highly recommended.
Newegg is always excellent to deal with - Its always my first stop for hardware. Its very rare that you can beat their prices...
Purchased WD External HD from New Egg and received in 3 days which is amazing considering the Christmas mail season. Drive arrived DOA.
I went online and had a RMA within hours and returned the drive to New Egg the next day. I received an email from New Egg that they will waive the restocking fee and even credit me back for the postage to return the drive back to them which was unexpected but says it all about New Egg and their customer support. What really impressed me was the fact that their email was signed by a real person. I replied to thank them and much to my surprise I received another reply from the same person!!!!
Every .com compamy should take a look at New Egg and their service because I haven't found another that even comes close to this level of service.
